The Challenge

Despite Eyecon’s innovative caller ID and spam-blocking capabilities, app discovery and user adoption were constrained by low visibility and fragmented digital strategy. Prior marketing efforts were mostly reactive, with unoptimized social engagement. 

Marketing efforts were largely reactive; social engagement was underutilized for conversions, and performance insights were fragmented across tools - making it difficult to scale installs and retention systematically.
