MMB activated a full-funnel performance strategy to transform Mainstreet’s underperforming campaigns into a highly profitable demand framework.

The Challenge

Mainstreet operated across multiple Western Canadian cities providing affordable, renovated apartment rentals with strong year-over-year financial performance Despite a strong offline reputation, they lacked a reliable digital growth engine.

 Paid search was active, but campaigns lacked focus, user experience was poor, and attribution was disconnected. With fragmented tracking, inefficient ad spend, and generic landing experiences, the company was missing out on high-intent leads actively searching online.
